「 インクルーシブフェスティバル 2026」は、障がいの有無、年齢、性別、国籍、文化的背景に関わらず、誰もが参加できるイベントです。

さまざまな人と出会い、体験し、交流する中で、「相手の立場に気づく」「違いを知り、理解する」「一緒に楽しむ」ことを通して、誰にとっても暮らしやすい社会について考えるきっかけをつくることを目指しています。

プログラムへのご参加はどなたでも大歓迎！
子どもから大人まで、 初めての方も、お一人でも、ご家族でも。
一緒に体験し、学び、楽しみましょう！
皆さまのご参加をお待ちしています。

＊各ブースのお手伝いボランティアも募集予定です。詳細が決まり次第、ご案内します。
ハンズオン東京は、20周年記念の活動の一環として、東京都教育委員会・東京スポーツ文化館主催のプログラム「インクルーシブフェスティバル 2026」に協力しています。
The Inclusive Festival 2026 is open to everyone, no matter your age, ability, background, or where you’re from.

By meeting new people, trying different activities, and spending time together, we create chances to:
-    See the world from other perspectives
-    Learn about and appreciate our differences
-    Imagine a community where everyone feels welcome
All through the simple joy of having fun together.

＊Some advance-registration programs may accept walk-in participants if space is available.
＊We are planning to recruit volunteers to help at each booth. More details will be shared once they are finalized.

Hands On Tokyo is supporting the Inclusive Festival 2026, a program organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education and the Tokyo Sports & Culture Center, as part of its 20th anniversary initiatives.

アイマスクをつけて目隠しをした状態でゲームに挑戦！ 相手の気持ちを想像しながら、楽しくコミュニケーションをとるレクリエーションです。パラアスリートの方と一緒に、 「見えない世界」から広がる新しい気づきを体験してみよう。
協力：ブラインドスポーツクラブ 乃木坂ナイツ
Take part in fun team games while wearing an eye mask. By playing without sight, you’ll learn to communicate, trust your teammates, and think about how others experience the world. Join para-athletes and discover a new perspective: what it’s like to navigate a world without sight.

ウクライナ・中国のみなさんが自国の文化を紹介！　楽しくおしゃべりをして他国の文化を知り、 「どうしたら一緒に楽しく暮らせるかな？」を考えてみよう。遊びを交えながら、「やさしいにほんご」について学びます！

Meet people from Ukraine and China and enjoy casual conversations. Learn about different cultures by sharing stories and experiences. We’ll learn about “Easy Japanese” through fun games and activities!

小学校を中心としたプログラミングの教材にも使われているmBotを使って、楽しくmBotを操作してみよう！ 練習のあとはチームでレースに挑戦。ボランティアと一緒に、ゴールを目指そう！

Let's try to learn programming with mBot, a fun and easy-to-use robot. Learn the basics, then team up and join an exciting robot race. Work together with volunteers, cheer each other on, and race to the finish line!

みんなでたくさんの桜の花を作って、大きな木を満開にしよう！　完成した桜はBumBの壁面に飾ります。BumBにみんなで大きな桜を咲かせ、みんなに春を感じてもらいましょう。

Let’s make a lot of cherry blossoms together and create one big tree! The finished artwork will be displayed on the walls of BumB to share the feeling of spring with everyone.

高齢者施設や母子生活支援施設、 避難生活を送る方々や、困難を抱える子ども・若者へ届ける ギフトに同封するメッセージカードを作ります。気持ちのこもった1枚を完成させてください。

Create message cards for senior homes, mother-and-child support facilities, evacuees, and children and youth in need. Think about what kind of words are kind and easy to understand, and make a heartfelt card.

ダンスが初めてでも大丈夫！ プロのダンス講師が、みんなで楽しめる振り付けを教えてくれます。最後は、アリーナに移動して、他のプログラム参加者の前で発表！ フィナーレは、みんなで一緒にダンスしよう！

No dance experience needed and everyone is welcome. A professional instructor will guide you through simple, fun moves that anyone can enjoy. At the end, all participants will come together for a joyful group dance finale.

障がいや難病のある人を中心に生の声を聞き対話するプログラムです。社会的マイノリティの偏見を減らし、相互理解を深めるために、『読書(参加者)』と『本(当事者)』の交流の時間です。
＊ヒューマンライブラリーとは、デンマーク発祥の相互理解を深める対話手法です。

The Human Library is a global dialogue-based initiative from Denmark designed to foster empathy and reduce social prejudice. 
In this session, you will connect directly with 'Human Books', primarily individuals from the disability and rare illness communities, to hear their lived experiences firsthand.  Through the simple act of conversation, 'Readers' and 'Books' work together to challenge stereotypes and deepen mutual understanding in a safe, open environment.

体験グッズなどを使って、 日常では気づきにくい「ちがい」を体験してみよう。みんなでゲームに挑戦し、 見え方・聞こえ方・動かしにくさを体感します。体験後は感じたことを共有し、 思いやりや助け合いについて考えます。

Explore the diverse ways people move through the world. Through hands-on activities, we’ll step into the shoes of those with different physical and sensory disabilities to better understand the challenges they face. Afterward, we’ll gather to discuss how we can use these insights to foster a kinder, more supportive community for people of all abilities

「はたらく・たべる・わらう」をテーマに、 障がいのあるスタッフとボランティアが一緒に運営するフードトラックです。今回は、ウクライナの皆さんが考えた特別メニューを販売！ぜひ味わって、応援してください。

Run by staff with disabilities and volunteers together under the theme “Work, Eat, and Laugh.” This time, enjoy special dishes created by members of the Ukrainian community. Please come, taste, and support
