ハンズオン東京のウェブサイトはログインしていただくとその年の活動時間の合計が右上に表示されます。この表示はシステムの都合上、毎年1月1日にリセットされゼロに戻りますので、年をまたいでの証明書が必要な場合はご注意ください。証明書の発行には活動時間のスクリーンショットが必要ですので、リセットされる前にページのスクリーンショットをとっておいていただきますよう、お願いいたします。

証明書の発行に関する詳細は、下記の「証明書の発行について」のページでご確認ください。証明書発行までに約２週間いただきます。2018年中の発行をご希望の方は、12月10日（月）までにお手続きください。

When you log in to the Hands On Tokyo website, your volunteer hours for the year will appear on the top-right of the page. This number is reset back to “0” every year on January 1st. If you require a verification of your volunteer hours, please make sure to keep a screen shot of the page before the numbers are reset. We will need a screenshot of your volunteer hours in order to issue a certificate.

Please refer below URL; "How to issue the verification form". We need about 2 weeks to issue the volunteer hours verification form. If you would like to get the verification form before the end of the year, please be sure to apply by Monday, December 10th, 2018.
