　A Taste for Volunteering 2019

ハンズオン東京のファンドレイジング・イベント「テイスト・フォー・ボランティア 2019」が、2019年11月8日（金）に東京アメリカンクラブで行われました。今回も約300名のお客さまにお越しいただき、盛大に開催することができました。皆さまのお陰をもちまして素晴らしい賞品をオークション、ラッフルに出すことができました。ご支援いただいた皆さまに心より感謝申しあげます。

このイベントでの収益金・寄付金は、ハンズオン東京の定例プロジェクト、東北被災地復興支援、児童養護施設プロジェクト、Youth Impact プログラム、そしてハンズオン東京が活動の輪を広げ、社会に貢献できる機会をさらに増やしていくために、有意義に使わせていただきます。皆さまの温かいサポートにより、さらに多くの人々の輪を広げ、強い絆でむすばれますよう、努力を続けて参ります。

今後とも、ご支援、ご協力のほど、どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

On behalf of everyone at Hands On Tokyo, we would like to thank you for your generous donations for our annual fundraising event, “A Taste for Volunteering 2019,” that was held at the Tokyo American Club on Friday, November 8th. We received great items for the auction and raffle. About 300 guests attended the event.

The funds raised and donations will be used to support our On-going Projects, Tohoku Recovery Assistance and Projects, Children's Home Projects, and Youth Impact Programs. We at Hands On Tokyo are committed to creating more volunteer opportunities for Japanese and non-Japanese volunteers so that, together, we can make a positive difference in our community.

　Hands On Tokyo Project Report Digest

■ボランティアリーダー感謝の会

2月19日（水）に、ハンズオン東京ボランティアリーダーの皆さんへの感謝の会を行い、定例プロジェクトの実績や、2020年のイベントスケジュールなどの報告をさせていただきました。今回は、『Next Gen（次世代）』のボランティアリーダーさんにも参加いただき、楽しい時間を過ごしました。ボランティアリーダーの皆さんは、ハンズオン東京のプロジェクトになくてはならない存在です。いつも本当にありがとうございます。

■Thank You Party for Volunteer Leaders

A Thank You Party for Hands On Tokyo Volunteer Leaders was held on Wednesday, February 19. We reported on our ongoing projects, and 2020 overview. We were happy to have our "Next Gen" Volunteer Leaders join the event. A big Hands On Tokyo thank you goes out to all the Volunteer Leaders, for your great support. Thank you again, hope to see you soon.

■パソコン教室プロジェクト

11月30日（土）に青鳥特別支援学校でパソコン教室プロジェクトを行いました。このパソコン教室はスペシャルニーズの生徒さんたちのために、楽しく実用的なコンピュータースキルを学べるよう、特別なプログラムで運営されています。プログラムは教室の先生がリードしますので、ボランティアの皆さんは、生徒さんたちが楽しくパソコンを学べるように、サポートをお願いします。

■Computer Project

We had the Computer Project at Seicho Support School on Saturday, November 30th. In this project, volunteers will assist young adults with special needs in learning a variety of fun and practical computer skills. The course has been specially designed for persons with special needs and is a great opportunity to interact closely with the special needs community in a unique and fun way!

■ありすの杜スマイルプロジェクト

2月19日(水) の「ありすの杜スマイルプロジェクト」では、特別養護老人ホームありすの杜にお住まいの皆さんと一緒に、ボールを使って楽しくエクササイズをしました。このプロジェクトでは、季節に合わせて、楽しいプログラムを提供しています。

■Arisu no Mori Smile Project

On Wednesday, February 19th, we had the Arisu no Mori Smile Project. We enjoyed playing with balls, we did various exercises, such as sing a song. Our fun programs will change seasonally.

新型コロナウィルス感染拡大を受け、弊会のプロジェクト実施について検討致しました結果、2020年2月25日（火）から3月31日（火）まで、定例のボランティア活動を中止させていただくこととなりました。

Dear Hands On Tokyo Community,

In order to cope with the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease, Hands On Tokyo will suspend our on-going volunteer projects from Tuesday, February 25, 2020 to Tuesday, March 31st, 2020.
