*****

OUTLINE:
The COVID–19 crisis has radically reconfigured the way that we work. Consider remote work and online conferencing. Now, as it is necessary for people to avoid coming into contact with one another, such modes of engagement appear obvious. However, they were hardly practiced even a short while ago.

In fact, companies that employ persons with disabilities have already adopted some of these modes of engagement as they have endeavored to create an inclusive workplace environment where diverse modes of labor shine through. Today, many other companies are also seeking out such diverse modes of labor.

What are diverse modes of labor? What products, ideas, and insights are born out of diversity?

This conference will explore diverse modes of labor from the perspective of both managers and panelists with disabilities and intractable diseases.

The MC will be Ms. Manami Hasabe, who has also served as MC for the past LIVES Tokyo events.
