ハンズオン東京は、コミュニティのニーズに合った活動の提供を心がけ、慎重に「ニューノーマル」へ移行してまいります。ボランティアの皆さんやコミュニティパートナーの皆さんの健康と安全を最優先に考え、対面活動を再開いたします。久しぶりの参加の方も、ボランティア活動デビューの方も大歓迎です！

Hands On Tokyo remains committed to continue serving the needs of our community while we carefully make the shift to the "New Normal." While keeping our volunteers and community partners safety at our utmost priority, we resume some in-person activities. If it's been a while, or if it's your first volunteering, we'd love to have you join us!

活動の参加条件は各コミュニティパートナーのガイドラインに準じます。活動日２週間前からの体温をヘルスチェックシートに記入をお願いする場合がありますので、検温を心がけるようにお願いいたします。

All Participants will follow the requirements of each community partner’s. Please note that some require keeping a record of their body temperature beginning two weeks prior to the activity date. 
■機能開発プログラム with スペシャルオリンピックス日本・東京
Motor Development Program with Special Olympics Nippon Tokyo
スペシャルオリンピックスの機能開発プログラム（Motor Development Program、MDP）は、発達障がいのある小学生のアスリートたちが、ダンスやエクササイズ、ゲームなどを通じて運動機能を少しずつ伸ばしていく課程をサポートするプログラムです。ボランティアの皆さんは、スペシャルオリンピックスのコーチと一緒に、アスリートが楽しみながら活動できるよう、お手伝いをお願いします。

The Special Olympics Motor Development Program (MDP) supports elementary children with intellectual disabilities (not physical) as they gradually improve their motor skills through dance, exercise and games. Volunteers are asked to work with Special Olympics coaches to help the athletes enjoy their activities.

■ブラインドテニス
Visually Impaired Tennis
視覚障がいのあるかたのためのテニス、「ブラインドテニス」のプログラムで、ボランティアを募集しています。ボランティアの皆さんには、活動の準備、球出し、ボール拾い、そして、プレーヤーが楽しみながら活動できるよう、お手伝いをお願いします。

Volunteers are needed for the "Visually Impaired Tennis" program. In this program, you are asked to help set up activities, ball feeding, pick up balls, and help the players to enjoy their tennis.

■シニアサポート プロジェクト with タンゴセラピー協会
Senior Support Project with Tango Therapy Association
高齢者介護施設でタンゴのリズムに合わせたエクササイズを入居者の方と一緒に行っていただきます。初心者でも簡単なステップです。入居者の方の手や肩にご自身の手を添えていただき、転倒しないサポートをお願いいたします。

In this project, you will work with residents at a senior care facility doing exercises to the rhythm of tango. The steps are easy for beginners. Please support the residents by putting your hands on their hands and shoulders to prevent them from falling.

■放課後クリーニングプロジェクト with 愛育学園
After School Cleaning Project with Special Needs Aiiku Gakuen
特別支援学校愛育学園で放課後のお掃除のお手伝いをお願いします。教室に掃除機をかけ、お絵かきルームのクレヨンをきれいにし、窓拭き、洗濯物を干すなどのお手伝いをします。このプロジェクトは毎週木曜日に楽しく活動しています。ご参加お待ちしています！

Volunteers will help with after-school cleaning at Aiiku Gakuen, a special needs school. We will vacuum the classrooms, remove crayon marks in the drawing room, clean the windows, and help hang the laundry. This project will take place every Thursday in a friendly atmosphere. Please join us!

■Sign Language Cafe - 手話カフェ @ハンズオン東京オフィス
Sign Language Cafe @Hands On Tokyo Office
ハンズオン東京では「聴覚障がいのある方たちとのコミュニケーションをもっとスムーズにしたい！」という思いから、気軽に手話とふれあう機会を作るワークショップのプロジェクト、「Sign Language Cafe - 手話カフェ」を開催しています。実践で役立つ手話のあいさつやフレーズ、手話の歌の紹介など、どなたでも楽しんでいただける内容です。

Hands On Tokyo will organize a workshop, "Sign Language Cafe."  We would like to have more communication with hearing impaired persons. We hope this project helps provide an opportunity to learn and use Sign Language. In this program, we will learn useful phrases, greetings and how to sing a song in Sign Language.
